Why extend your property?

What are the options?
There are a wealth of options to extend, sometimes without even extending outwards; including lofts & basements; and garage conversions. The added benefit with loft and basement conversions is that planning permission is not required. Most garage conversions don’t require planning permission either but should be checked on an individual basis for any conditions to the property’s original planning approval.
When deciding whether and how to extend, the first question you need to answer is what will you use the extra space for? There are many possibilities. You need to know what you want to use the additional space for to come up with the right design. We can help you even at this early stage.
